As one of SkinCoLAB’s client coordinators, my daily routine revolves around coordinating appointments, managing the store front and ensuring that every patient is satisfied with our services. My primary responsibility is to make the booking process as smooth as possible for our clients with kindness and integrity.
Good morning Skin CoLAB! I start my day by checking my email and voicemail for any new booking requests or inquiries from our clients. I prioritize responding to urgent messages and requests, follow up with patients who have missed appointments, and make sure to provide any additional information or advice to our clients.
Next, I organize and check inventory, so our clients can come into a welcoming environment and grab their much-loved products with ease. Whether a client needs to restock on their holy grail products or is eager to try out something new, I am here to help! Understanding product ingredients + utilization is key to serving our clients.
Throughout the day, I schedule appointments for our clients, confirm their preferred times and answer any questions they may have. I also work closely with the providers to ensure that they are fully updated on all client needs and requirements. Having a strong understanding of our team and services is vital to coordinating optimal care and outcomes for our guests.
Maintaining a positive relationship with our clients is crucial. I strive to make every client feel heard and valued, addressing any concerns they may have and striving to exceed their expectations.
